Absolutely. All your data lives on-device in SQLite. You never need an internet connection to log habits or check your streaks. Backup and sync require a connection when triggered.
By default, you get grace days (configurable in settings). If you miss a day, a grace day is consumed instead of resetting your streak. Once grace days are exhausted, the streak resets to 1 — not zero, so you can start fresh.
